Tomorrow will mark the fourth year I’ve lived in Canada. Four years ago I was moving out of my Grandmothers house and looking to get back into school. I had a good idea of what I wanted to do then, but as everyone knows, “The heart changes from one moment to the next.” I wasn’t totally off of my mark in the beginning. I knew I wanted to travel and I still do. Though I think I’m starting to enjoy the language aspect of the international business thing a bit more than I realized. My anniversary with Canada coincides with Canada day. That’s right, the day Canadians love to get patriotic and down a … well, Canadian. (It’s a beer) However you celebrate, have a good one!
Tomorrow I’ll probably go out and enjoy the July weather. Maybe even cook a burger on my grill. I’m in my happy place now that the warm weather has arrived.
